Personal opinions on Anorexia Nervosa

Bascially , I think that in our world now , looks matter most to teenagers . People would do anything just to look beautiful . In this world , being skinny is pretty . People starve , thinking that they will lose weight and be the envy of others . Yeah , nobody wants to be fat . But being severely underweight can be dangerous too . Some people starve themselves and become so skinny to the extent of just skins and bones . It is scary and certainly not beautiful at all . I think that staying fit is the best , and exercising regularly is the best way to stay healthy and achieve a slim figure at the same time . What you see on magazines , all those super-slim models are simply superficial . As you know , there is such a thing as photoshop right ? So yeah , do not starve yourselves at the expense of your health . Looks are important , but your health is even more important .
